IHACC has created a multinational, interdisciplinary team to develop an understanding of the vulnerability of remote Indigenous health systems to climate change as a basis for implementing pilot adaptation interventions and adaptation planning. The team has collaborated widely on a number of projects since the 1980s examining multiple health outcomes, including research with Indigenous peoples in the study regions.
